EQUIFINALITY. YES, ITS ACTUALLY A WORD WITH DEEPER MEANING.

There are no single way or path to achieve what we aims to reach. This understanding helps to open up all possibilities of getting what we want, although it might takes some time to reach it. In simpler terms, the end remains constant, but the means to archive that end will necessarily vary from individual to individual.

The goals remains the same but the 'adjustments' and alternative plans we set out allow our-self to have more open minded and positive mindset to get things done. There are things i want in life, but due to circumstances, it is not attainable now. But still, by unconventional means, i will strive to get it. Excellence within the role i am in, either at home or at work. Gives me pleasure and assurance that i am doing my best. 

Talking to people, to assess and validate my understanding on certain matters do help. I might look at things from limited perspective and lacking in experiences, mistakes is surely to happen. Sometime, if we said it wrongly, or with pressing tone people might get offended. So a knack of 'engagement' really goes a long way forward and makes people we talked to being valued and cared.
