We’re just human.
Reading relaxed the mind. It cannot be far from the truth. All day were being barged with information
in all forms that is possible. Social media (socmed) for example, it is build with the intention to grab
our attention and make us glued to our screens for hours. Even a short breaks can last to hours with
UN-ending scrolling. We’re constantly fed with gushes of endorphins and trust me, we do crave them. I
am starting my target is 3-5 books/audio-books (monthly)& 2-pages of Quran (daily).
