Never i would dream of being admitted in a hospital due to work related injury.
Until now, it cannot be fathomed why did i fell into the drain that day. What a day in early august 2021.
I remembered when i was just starting out with my first company. My finger caught between things that it was crack.
Working safety has been my moto and unfortunately i broke the site's days without injury with the incident.
What actually happen?
My bos call me, asking a favor to snap picture of the waterway going to the final discharge of the plant's monsoon drain.
After completed join assessment of the tanker turning, I went there and standing on the drain cover. I didnt know that actually it side was badly corroded and in a spilt second It gave way. I fell sitting at the cover edge stabbing the back of the thigh.
I pull myself out, and limping away from the area. The guys whos with me, quickly come over since they saw me in that condition.
They insisted that i pull up my thouser and saw a deep cut hole on it. It was sickening seeing it but luckily there we less blood. Means, there is not arteries cut. Lucky me.
